What is IoT?

Simply put, Internet of Things consists of the interconnection of devices of all kinds through the network, so that we can interact with them or also interact with each other.

Practically this interconnection can be applied to any element that we can imagine, from a refrigerator that warns us that food is about to expire, such as a coffee maker that automatically prepares our coffee when we get up, or simply any electrical appliance that alerts us to any anomaly in its operation. The possibilities are immense.

What applications does it have?

As we have said, the applications are immense: from the industry, allowing the automation of processes, to the primary sector, supporting agricultural tasks such as controlling the humidity of the fields or also for livestock, allowing the control of lighting, humidity, temperature of the farms or even the geolocation of the animals in case of grazing.

There are so many possibilities that we could extend indefinitely.
